I offer a number of arrangements and recommend you to contact me to discuss your specific requirements. I am covered by most insurers and also accept self-funded clients (from £125 - £160 per session). At the initial assessment phase we will both be able to get a better sense of how we might work together, exploring what has brought you see me, what you would like to achieve and agree a plan for how to move forward. Therapy is available online (through FaceTime, Zoom etc).
